Bodies in Space
While I'm interacting online I am becoming really aware that each experience is so individualistic. These interactions are so restricted to each singular person. While we can share our experiences, we can never really translate them, each feeling, each movement remains bound to one inhabitant of time and space. In this sense I question the value of generating artworks from this perspective. While I am enjoying the process and learning a lot, does this leave the viewer behind? What do these works communicate?
Here I think it is going to be important to place more emphasis on the content of the projected works so that they become more multi-dimensional. The online interactions need to extend. Hopefully this will create more meaning and translate into an experience that a viewer can relate/ respond to.
